Join the Coonabarabran community for a special free screening of Just a Farmer, an Australian film that explores the realities of farming life, mental health, grief, resilience and the strength found through family and community support.
Following the screening, a panel discussion and Q&A will provide an opportunity to continue the conversation around mental health and wellbeing in rural and regional communities. Guest panellists will share their perspectives and experiences, helping encourage open discussion around issues that can often be difficult to talk about.
Hosted by the Coonabarabran Rotary Club as part of A Barbie With The Blokes, the evening will also include a sausage sizzle before the film and supper following the panel discussion.
The event is free to attend, however bookings are encouraged as seating is limited. Come along, bring a friend or family member, and be part of an important community conversation about connection, resilience and looking out for one another.
