Hartwood Festival 2025 – A Country Music & Camping Experience Like No Other

Every Easter, Hartwood comes alive with a weekend of top-class country music and entertainment in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Set in the heart of the countryside, the festival offers a unique mix of live performances, bush poetry, and a laid-back camping experience.

Festival Highlights

• Two stages of live entertainment
  • Campfire Stage (Monday – Sunday): Enjoy an intimate bush setting with a mix of professional and walk-up artists performing each night.
  • Main Stage (Friday – Sunday): Non-stop country music and bush poetry from talented professional entertainers throughout the weekend.
• Camping Experience
  • Gates open Monday, 7 April 2025, allowing campers to arrive early and enjoy the tranquillity of Hartwood before the festival begins.
  • Hundreds of caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, and tents gather, creating a friendly and welcoming community of country music lovers.
• Family & Pet Friendly
  • Kids and pets attend for free, making it a great event for the whole family. Remember pets must be on a leash at all times. 
• Stunning Bushland Setting
  • Located 160km southwest of Tamworth and 40km north of Coolah, Hartwood provides the perfect backdrop for a country music getaway.

Festival Dates & Tickets

Festival Dates: Friday 18 April – Sunday 20 April 2025
Tickets:

• Weekend Pass: $150 per person (Children under 16 FREE)
• Day Pass: $30 per person, per day (Friday – Sunday)
• Early Arrival Camping: $10 per van, per day (from Monday 7 April)

Important: No EFTPOS available on-site – cash only.
