Warrumbungle Bloomfest is a free community street festival held in the Coonabarabran town centre, celebrating creativity, local talent, and regional identity. The event transforms Dalgarno Street into a vibrant hub filled with live music, workshops, market stalls, food vendors, art installations, and interactive activities for all ages. Festival highlights include performances by local and visiting musicians, community dance and cultural groups, hands-on creative workshops, and activities designed for families and children. Visitors can explore stalls offering handmade goods, regional produce, plants, books, and artisan wares. Food vendors serve a variety of cuisine including BBQ favourites, international dishes, desserts, and refreshments. As evening falls, the festival culminates with a large-scale projection light show across Dalgarno Street, accompanied by stargazing and creative light installations. Warrumbungle Bloomfest is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and inclusive event open to all community members and visitors. Warrumbungle Bloomfest is proudly funded by the NSW Government as part of the Vibrant Streets Package through the Open Streets Program, led by Transport for NSW.
